From classic European Roulette to the electrifying Lightning Roulette, the rm99 casino offers over 25 roulette variations, RTPs of up to 97.3%, and betting limits as low as RM1 — suitable for players at every level.
Every roulette variant has its own unique character – pick the one that best fits your playing style.
European Roulette is the first choice for many Malaysian players at rm99. The wheel features 37 slots (numbers 1–36 plus a single 0), giving a house edge as low as 2.7% – far better than the American version. Suitable for both new and experienced players looking for the best winning odds.
Lightning Roulette by Evolution Gaming is the most popular roulette variant among younger rm99 players. Each round, between 1 and 5 numbers are randomly selected and assigned multipliers of up to 500x. Imagine placing RM10 on a number that hits a 500x multiplier — that's a RM5,000 return from a single spin. That's what makes Lightning Roulette so special.
The American version has 38 slots with the addition of a 00 slot, bringing the house edge to 5.26%. While the odds are slightly lower than the European version, many rm99 players still love American Roulette for its iconic Vegas feel and the exclusive betting markets available for the 00 slot.
Immersive Roulette delivers a stunning visual experience with multi-angle cameras and slow-motion ball replays on every spin. Broadcast in razor-sharp HD quality, this table makes you feel like you're sitting right beside the wheel in a premium casino. For rm99 players who want that high-end experience, this is the top choice.
Don't want to wait around? Speed Roulette at rm99 completes every round in just 25 seconds — roughly twice as fast as standard roulette. Betting time is shortened, the wheel spins more frequently, and players who love non-stop action will find this format thoroughly satisfying.
For high-stakes players, rm99 VIP Roulette offers an exclusive table with betting limits of up to RM50,000 per spin. The service is personalised, the atmosphere refined and elegant, and the flexible limits are built for serious players. An active rm99 account is required to access these VIP tables.

No strategy can guarantee a win — but these help you manage your balance more wisely.
Double your bet after every loss. When you eventually win, you recover all previous losses plus one unit of profit. This strategy is popular for outside bets like Red/Black at rm99 but requires a sufficient bankroll to withstand a long losing streak.
High RiskMore conservative than Martingale. Add one unit after a loss and subtract one unit after a win. Bet progression is slower and steadier, making it a popular choice among rm99 roulette players who want longer sessions.
Medium RiskFollow the Fibonacci sequence (1-1-2-3-5-8-13...) to determine your bet size after each loss. Move back two steps in the sequence after a win. A mathematically interesting approach that offers more control than Martingale.
Medium RiskIncrease your bet only after a win, not after a loss. The goal is to hit three consecutive wins before returning to your original stake. This positive progression approach maximizes gains during a winning run without risking your base bankroll.
Low RiskFocus on special bets such as Voisins du Zéro or Tiers, which cover specific physical sections of the wheel. Some rm99 players believe an imperfect wheel may lean toward certain sections — though this is based more on personal observation than proven fact.
Low RiskNot a betting system, but perhaps the most important rule of all — set a win limit and a loss limit before you start. For example, stop playing once you're up RM200 or down RM100. The most successful rm99 players are those who know when to step away and take a break.

Roulette is one of the most iconic casino games in the world — the wheel spins, the ball bounces, and that moment of anticipation feels like time standing still. It's no wonder the game has endured for over 200 years and remains a top choice at casinos worldwide, including online platforms like rm99. What makes roulette special is its simplicity — you don't need to memorize complex strategies or learn card combinations. Just pick a number or bet type, watch the wheel spin, and see if luck is on your side.
At rm99, we take roulette seriously. Rather than offering just one or two variants, rm99 now carries over 25 different roulette games — from standard tables for casual players to VIP tables with RM50,000 limits for Malaysia's high rollers who mean business. Every table is streamed live by professional dealers in HD quality, so you can clearly follow every ball movement and wheel spin with complete confidence in its fairness.
If you're just starting out with roulette at rm99 and aren't sure where to begin, the answer is simple: European Roulette. It's the most mathematically favorable version, with an RTP of 97.3% and a house edge of just 2.7%. Compare that to American Roulette, which carries an RTP of 94.7% due to the extra 00 slot — a 2.6% difference that may seem small but adds up significantly over time, especially for players who play regularly.
Rm99 offers several European Roulette versions with varying betting limits. The standard table starts from RM1 — ideal for players who are learning or prefer a relaxed session. Premier tables go up to RM8,000 per bet, suited for players who are confident in their strategy. All rm99 European Roulette tables feature "La Partage" and "En Prison" rules in select versions, which can reduce the house edge further to 1.35% on outside bets — making it one of the best RTPs available in any casino game.
Lightning Roulette is a phenomenon that has changed the way Malaysians play online roulette. Created by Evolution Gaming – the leading provider in the live casino industry – Lightning Roulette keeps the core of European Roulette intact but adds a thrilling twist: each spin, between 1 and 5 randomly selected numbers receive a "lightning strike" that carries a multiplier of 50x, 100x, 200x, 300x, 400x or 500x. This means straight-up bets on regular numbers still pay 30:1 (slightly lower than the standard 35:1 to account for the multiplier cost), but if your number gets struck by the 500x lightning – your payout is 500 times your stake.
Imagine placing RM20 on number 17 at an rm99 Lightning Roulette table. That night, number 17 is randomly selected as a lightning number with a 300x multiplier. The ball lands on 17 — you walk away with RM6,000 from a RM20 bet. This isn't a fairy tale — it happens to rm99 players every week, and that's exactly what makes Lightning Roulette one of the most popular games on our platform. Thousands of rounds are played at this table alone every single day.
To start playing roulette at rm99, you need to deposit funds into your casino balance. FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks is also straightforward and secure. For e-wallet users, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay are all accepted at rm99 with no additional fees. The minimum deposit is RM20 – more than enough to play dozens of roulette spins at low stakes.

Honest experiences from our loyal members across Malaysia.
"Lightning Roulette on rm99 is absolutely insane. Last week I played with RM50, number 7 got a 200x lightning multiplier and the ball landed right on 7. Won RM10,000 in a single spin. Withdrew straight away and it was in my GrabPay within 5 minutes. Didn't expect it to be that fast. Doing it again this week."
"I play European Roulette at rm99 using the D'Alembert strategy – I've tried it on several other platforms but rm99 is the most stable. The stream never cuts out even when I'm playing from Sabah on a village WiFi connection. The dealers are friendly too, you can have a chat with them. Deposits via DuitNow clear in an instant."
"The graphics on Immersive Roulette at rm99 are stunning – the slow-mo when the ball drops feels like watching a film. I play on my phone and the interface is responsive, never cluttered. The weekly cashback from rm99 helps too – last month I got RM85 back even though it was a rough week."
